Is this WestESIM plan valid for non-EU neighbors like Serbia or Moldova?

Updated April 22, 2026

The WestESIM plan for Romania (and the broader EU) provides premium connectivity exclusively within these regions. If your travels extend to non-EU neighboring countries such as Serbia (e.g., Belgrade) or Moldova (e.g., Chisinau), your WestESIM connection will cease at the border. These nations are outside the EU roaming agreements. For seamless cross-border connectivity, we recommend exploring WestESIM's multi-country European plans, which are designed to cover a wider range of destinations including non-EU countries.
